DTG (Direct to Garment) printing is the technology used by direct-to-fabric printers. After preparing the image file, we load the garment onto the direct printer's platen and start printing.
Thanks to our DTG printer, we can apply fabric inks directly to garments such as t-shirts and hoodies, but also trousers, jackets, bags, and any other "object" made of fabric.
It may seem like a "simple" method for creating clothing, and perhaps, at its core, it is; in reality, everything revolving around the printing process makes this technology not accessible to everyone: file preparation, image quality, garment positioning on the print platen, and pre- and post-printing treatments are all subject to the operator's skill.
Thanks to this method, we can manage the production process directly and completely, without relying on third parties to realize our ideas. We also have the incredible advantage of being able to produce even a single item, without being subject to the large quantities required by manufacturing industries.
Once we mastered the technique, this wonderful printer became an irreplaceable work partner in creating the garments that so many of you are appreciating and that make our Shop something unique.
